Buying Ibrido
Terms of sale
Your licence
Ibrido is a one-time licence, not a subscription. The founding licence is $997 for the first 100 practices. Every update is free.
Your deposit
The $500 deposit is fully refundable until your install begins. It is credited in full toward your licence.
Founding installation offer
Founding offer: the first 20 practices to prepay in full before launch on 1 November 2026 get the done-for-you install free (normally $299). Full payment must be made before midnight on 1 November 2026 in America/New_York. Deposits and partial payments do not qualify. The offer closes at that deadline or when all 20 free installs are taken.
Running costs
You pay the running costs directly to Amazon and, if you use texting, Twilio. These costs are separate from the licence and are paid by you, not Ibrido.
