You pay Amazon directly for the server your office runs on. These are real figures from the practice Ibrido was built in, on the same setup you get.

About $10 for a practice seeing around 150 patients a month (a reminder and a reply for each), about $25 for one seeing around 600. Paid directly to Twilio.

Two ways to lower it: a one-year Amazon savings plan takes roughly 40% off the server, and new Amazon accounts usually start with free credits. Appointment texting, if you use it, is billed by your texting provider.

Is this a subscription?

No. The licence is a one time purchase, and your system never stops working. Ibrido Care, $49 a month, is optional and keeps it current with new versions, new modules and priority support. Amazon running costs, texting and a domain name are paid directly to those companies.

What about HIPAA?

Your system runs in your own Amazon account. Amazon offers a HIPAA business associate agreement that you accept inside your account before any patient information goes in.

What if I am not technical?

We install it for you, $299 one time. You open your own accounts (Amazon, email and, if you want texting, Twilio) from a step-by-step checklist, click one setup link, and our installer does the rest: your server, your database, your practice details, backups and a full end-to-end check. You get a link to set your own password and a report of every check it passed. Texting switches on by itself once Twilio approves your registration, which takes about two to three weeks. The community helps with everything after.
