Who we are

Ibrido runs this website at ibrido.ai. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@ibrido.ai.

What we collect and why

Waitlist: we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your first name and profession. We record when you join to manage the list and contact you about access and launch timing.

Purchases: we receive your name, email, payment amount and currency, payment status and Stripe payment reference. We keep purchase and payment dates and may record your practice name, profession, product, billing period and relevant notes. These private records help us confirm purchases, provide support and meet accounting obligations.

Your Start page: we keep your private link, purchase reference, installation choice, free-install eligibility, installer access identifier and the time you open your setup link. These let us provide setup steps and a time-limited software download. The questionnaire is read-only. We do not collect your answers or service keys; you enter setup information in your own Amazon account.

Emails: we use your name and email to send purchase or deposit messages. Licence messages include your private Start link. Our owner receives your name, email, payment details and any free-install eligibility, but not your Start link. We record when emails are sent or retried. When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments so we can respond.

Our private administration pages are for our own staff; there is no public account sign-up.

Calculator: your staff count, hourly cost, admin hours, working days, monthly visits, no-show rate and revenue per visit stay in your own browser. The calculator never sends your numbers to us. Your profession selection stays only in the open page.

Visit statistics: our hosting provider counts visits, including pages viewed, referring site, browser, approximate country, performance and errors. Your private Start link is kept out of these statistics.

These statistics also include language, visit times, anonymous session and event identifiers, page engagement and campaign information. Page addresses can include payment return identifiers. Error reports include technical error details and failed resources. Services delivering the website receive your IP address and request information.

Payments

Stripe handles payments through its Checkout page, using card or Link. It collects your payment details, name, email and required billing address. We never receive or store card numbers.

Stripe may return your billing address and other payment details when we confirm your purchase. We do not save your billing address in our sales records.

Who we share it with

Lovable Cloud hosts our website, stores our records and private software downloads, and secures access to our administration pages. It also provides visit statistics, performance measurement and error reporting. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site against automated traffic.

Stripe handles payments and purchase confirmation. Resend sends buyer and owner emails from hello@send.ibrido.ai, with replies going to hello@ibrido.ai. Google Workspace handles our email correspondence. Google Fonts supplies the website's Poppins font and receives your browser's font requests.

Amazon Web Services provides the installation form and setup template. Done-for-you setup links include an installer access identifier. Setup information you enter is handled in your practice's own Amazon account.

We use these providers to run the site, fulfil purchases and support you. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Your practice's patient data

Ibrido installs in your practice's own Amazon Web Services account. Patient records stay there, under your control. Ibrido does not receive, host or store patient records, and this website never collects them. Do not send patient information in emails to us or through other correspondence.

For a done-for-you installation, you grant our installer temporary access to your practice's Amazon account for installation only, then switch that access off afterwards.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses a small number of cookies lasting from 30 minutes to about a day. Our hosting provider sets them for site delivery, security against automated traffic and anonymous visit statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers, record browsing sessions or automatically track clicks.

For buyers, one private cookie keeps your Start page open for 30 days. Website scripts cannot read it. Your private Start link is removed from the page address before the page loads and is kept out of visit statistics. Our Start-page error reporter skips that page. Keep your Start link private.

The calculator remembers your numbers in your own browser only and never sends them to us. Your browser also remembers scroll positions during your visit. Stripe's separate Checkout page uses its own browser storage under Stripe's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask to be removed or we no longer need it after launch. We keep purchase records for as long as accounting and tax law require, and email correspondence for as long as needed to support you. Related Start and email delivery records support your purchase and access.

Removal requests are handled by email at hello@ibrido.ai. Calculator numbers stay in your browser until you clear them or the site's browser storage. Scroll positions are remembered only for the browser session.

Your choices

Email hello@ibrido.ai to see, correct or delete your information, or to leave the waitlist. We may need to check that the request is yours. We may retain purchase records where accounting and tax law require it.

You can clear this site's cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. This removes saved calculator numbers and may close access to your Start page until you reopen your private link.

Changes

We will update this page and its last-updated date when this policy changes.
